1. Weight Control - Workout can prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss and help to burn calories.
2. Combats Health Conditions and Diseases - Workout help to decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases, prevent stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes , depression certain types of cancer, arthritis and falls.
3. Improves Mood - Physical activity stimulates variables brain chemicals that may leave you feel happier and more relaxed and feel better about your appearance and  yourself when you exercise regularly, which can least your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

4. Boots Energy - Regular activity can improve your muscles strength and boots your endurance. Physical activity delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. When heart and lungs work more efficiently, you will have more energy to go your daily chores.

7 simple to improve the relationship with family and friends

1)      Keep in touch
Sometime we can call and meet the family and friends. This is because everybody needs a love and caring with someone. For example, when I travel at oversea I will always email or video call to my family and friends. Sometime keep in touch is very good can maintain the friendship and relationship with other people. Sometimes you can live in the same house but no spend too much time together. So every weekend we can call the friends and family to dinner, hang out or gathering together.

2)      Quality time
If you have not for time with someone, and then have quality time arrangements to do so. There are some friendships; you may only be able to catch up once a month, the other a few times a week. Every relationship is different, so find out who you are ignored, and decide how to correct this. It can help to meet a friend and that when you have a decent conversation with them the last time
3.  Remember birthday and other dates
This is very important with the family and friends. This is because if you remember their birthday which mean they is your very important people in your heart. Sometime you can give surprise to them and to send a present or birthday to them. They will very happy. If you don’t remember their birthday or any important dates you can use the mobile phone to save their birthday dates
4. Listen more
The family and friends they like to talk with you and you must listen what they say. You can try to help them to solve the problem and give some suggestion to them. This is because you are the important people, so they willing to tell the problem with you.
5. Look for ways to help them or make their live better
       Sometime you can fetch them to somewhere and help them to carry something. They will very happy
      6.  Try not take them for granted
It is a bit too comfort in some relationship. Sometime we will caught up in other area and forget the some friendship. If you no maintain the relationship with the family and friends it will be disappear.
7.    Open up
Tell them how great they are and how much you love them as friends / partners, specifically, how you love them, and it is a such a great thing to tell them

Apollo is Here!

              The Greek God, Apollo, the God of Sun did his duty every day but recently he was so frustrated and disappointed with the students nowadays. The students nowadays do not respect daytime and sunlight. Students have poor time management as they would waste their beautiful daytime by playing around and not working hard in the tasks or duty that they are supposed to do. Then, in the evening, they would only start to work on their assignments or study for examinations. Because of this, students would not be able to get sufficient rest and always feel stressed and pressured in rushing their college work. This is very unhealthy and it would definitely affect the student’s body and mental fitness.
             Apollo was very unhappy with this situation and as a God of the Sun, he would like to correct the situation and make all his people regain good health. Therefore, he has appointed our committee to organize an event to educate the students on how to live healthily and appreciate daytime and sunlight.
            Thus, we, students of Advanced Diploma in Public Relations,Tunku Abdul Rahman University College are here to educate all the students to practice healthy lifestyle and cherish the daytime by planning their time well.
